Expert Interviews and Focus Groups – Participants wanted!

To gain a deeper insight into the situation of immigrant employees, to identify areas, where change is needed and to be able to deduce recommended course of action, all project partners are doing interviews with experts and focus groups with qualified immigrants .

For this reason, we need your support!

For focus groups we are looking for employees, who migrated during their lifetim from a Non-EU country (or Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia) and who have already completed either vocational training or a university degree. The intention is to exchange experiences and opinions regarding the integration into a new cultural environment.

Your help can contribute to the success of the project and, most importantly, improve the situation of foreign-born employees.

      thank you very much for your interest! Unfortunately, we’ve already finished the focus groups but we’re doing an online-survey on cultural diversity on organizational as well as indidivdual level. I would be really happy, if you’d like to participate. The links are going to be published in the next days on our homepage.

  2. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but
    I find this matter to be really something that I think I would never understand.
    It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I
    will try to get the hang of it!
